JN Productions, Inc. was selected by the Consulate General of Japan in Honolulu to produce a five minute video featuring their Resident Chef, Yuta Makino. By emphasizing the Japanese concepts of washoku and fuumi, and by using local ingredients to create a unique "Taro Vichyssoise," Chef Makino inspired students from Kapiolani Community College's Culinary Arts Program.
